Durch Einsatz engagierter Bürger und schlussendlich durch den Kauf eines Unternehmers konnte der Abriss verhindert werden.<br /> <br /> Der neue Eigentümer möchte die Villa von Grund auf nach den neuesten technischen Anforderungen sanieren und zudem unter Denkmalschutz stellen lassen.<br /> <br /> In Abstimmung mit einer städtischen Denkmalpflegerin sollen einige Erdgeschossfenster, die in den 70er Jahren verändert oder zugemauert wurden, in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand versetzt werden.
